1. What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal. You may also use any ATM or check card as long as they are affiliated with one of the major credit card companies listed above. We do not accept gift cards, personal checks or cash. Your credit card will be charged in US dollars. The exchange rate may fluctuate. Most banks will charge an additional fee for currency conversion. Contact your credit card issuing bank directly for additional details on exchanges and fees.

2. What taxes will I pay?

The only taxes we charge are for products being shipped in Florida.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

Enter your order number and zip code on our Order Status page or go to your Account, Sign, in and go to the My Orders link on the right of your dashboard page.

4. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you complete your order, an email will be sent to confirm your order at the email you provide. Please check your junk mail folder as the email may end up there.

5. How Do I return an item?

Please read our Return Policy to make sure the item is eligible for refund. All returned items require a Return Authorization Number that must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. To receive a Return Authorization Number please Click Here. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number you have 14 days to return the items to us. The returned items need to be sent through a traceable shipping method to the address provided in the Return Authorization email sent to you. If items are sent without an ability to track the shipment and we do not receive the items, we will not be responsible for refunding the order. The shipping fees on return items are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Can I exchange what was ordered?

Yes, if you received your order and need a different size, we want to quickly make it right for you. Please see the Exchange Policy for information on our exchanges.

7. How long will it take to get my refund?

Generally we will process a refund within 7 days after receiving the product. During the Halloween season this may take up to 4 weeks.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Our first priority is to ensure that your items ship in a timely manner. Once an order is placed and all of the billing and shipping information has been verified, the order is immediately transmitted to our warehouse for processing. For this reason we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.

9. How do I know when my order is shipped?

Once your order has shipped, a tracking confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted with the order. This email will contain your tracking number which we advise be used to track your package and ensure proper delivery.
