The following items can never be returned or exchanged: undergarments, socks, stockings, lingerie, bedroom costumes, shoes, boots, CD’s, DVDs, wigs, facial hair, or any artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips/extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, hats with attached hair, latex appliances, fangs, any fake teeth, inflatable items, make up, party supplies, supreme costumes, mascot costumes and special orders.
